The service provider (us) hereby disclaims any responsibility for color runs, fading, staining, or disparities in color that may arise during the cleaning process, subject to adherence to the manufacturer's care label instructions. Moreover, the service provider holds no liability for damages incurred to prints, logos, transfers, or stickers on garments.
(a) The service provider disclaims liability for any item experiencing color loss, shrinkage, or damage during the cleaning process, contingent upon adherence to the manufacturer's care label instructions.
(b) The service provider absolves itself of responsibility for feather/down-filled items.
(c) The service provider explicitly disclaims liability for any accessory, inclusive of but not limited to belts, buckles, buttons, broaches, beading, painted logos, leather trims, furs, signs, zips, hoods, collars, and inner linings.
(a) Items lacking cleaning instructions are expressly excluded from our liability.
(b) The service provider disclaims any responsibility for items intentionally crinkled or creased, possessing faulty adhesives, interfacing leaving discernible marks, or those incapable of withstanding industrial processes due to wear and tear or integral nature.
(a) The service provider disclaims responsibility for glued-on trims, weakened tassels, tie-backs, weights in curtain bottoms, swags and tails, silver/gold painted designs, flocked velvet changes, watermarks, old or poor stitching, weakened fabric due to UV exposure, shrinkage (up to 10% in the cleaning process), and stretching post-cleaning.
Items composed of leather, mock, or fake leather, suede or alternative/vegan leathers/suedes are accepted solely at the customer's risk. The service provider explicitly warns that damage may occur even when cleaned in strict accordance with care label guidance. The service provider disclaims any liability for emerging issues, including but not limited to alterations in texture, color, or structural integrity.
